Kanga Yoga in East London

Apologies to anyone who did see this blog post coming (there's a first for everything). A friend of mine, Emma, who used to work at Nokia House Soho, is offering weekly adult classes and children workshop in East London. If you or anyone you know are into Yoga, please check out the press release below. I am not into Yoga, so don't expect to see me mediating there anytime soon!

But you never know, especially if they do a Doctor Who party for adults!

PR after the break.

THE KANGA YOGA CLASS (every Tues eve from 3rd April)

An energetic alignment-based style flow class. We use music, gravity and the breath to rediscover and rejuvenate the body. Sculpting, toning and honing the muscles of the body and the mind. Inspired by the teaching of Swami Sivananda, each class practices pranayama, a creative sequence of asana, closed with relaxation. Join this class and dive into the deep flow of your breath as we practice Hatha style flow yoga set to a sound track of meditative music to induce a deep level of connection with spirit.

The room will be themed like ‘India’. From a suitcase, India will ‘pop up’, fulfilling each of the five senses- sight, sound, smell, touch and taste. Indian materials and props will decorate the room… floating candles, incense and flowers.

Guests will step out of their 'fast-paced 9-5' London Life and into Incredible India for 90 mins of breathing, exercise and pure relaxation.
