Gordon Brown is planning to give badly behaved louts up to 25 quid a month as part of the government's campaign on anti-social behaviour. This simply beggars belief - the government are already bribing kids to stay at school. Tsk. I wish I were a teenager but carrying 'youth opportunity cards' will only make me so unpopular, innit?
I think I should get paid for getting up.
